Glen Mead Park I & II are each ten, one bedroom suite buildings with Glen Mead Park III containing twenty, one bedroom suites.
Off street parking is available for all suites. Enjoy well maintained buildings in Glen Mead Park with convenience to local amenities and lodge services (fee for service applies).
Glen Mead Park I has a common area lounge, kitchenette and patio for social activities with all apartments sharing laundry amenities.
Glen Mead Park II suites have in-suite washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity connections.
Both of these apartments offer planting space for tenants.
Glen Mead Park III has a centrally located common kitchen, games area, lounge and patio shared by tenants for social and leisure activities with all apartments sharing laundry amenities.
To qualify, applicants must be Canadian Citizens, independent landed immigrants, or government sponsored landed immigrants. Total gross household income cannot be more than the income limits are based on community.
Applicants must provide verification of current household income. Acceptable landlord references and/or credit checks are required. All applicants 18 years of age and older may be required to pass a criminal records check before they move in.
