The Food Service Supervisor, working within a team environment, effectively leads and coordinates the food service department at a designated Westwinds Community. The Supervisor ensures adherence to approved menus, approved policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service. The Supervisor is a working chef's position.
You are a dynamic, customer-focused self-starter with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and able to follow department regulations and standards. Availability to work weekends will be required.
